This egg white frittata is a good way to get a high protein meal to fuel up for breakfast. Topped with crumbled turkey bacon, shredded cheeses, and fresh veggies for added nutrients.

  • Using a 10 inch frying pan, add the oil over medium heat.
  • Pour the liquid egg whites into the pan. Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne and black peppers. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the edges get crispy.
  • While the eggs are cooking, microwave the turkey bacon on a microwave safe dish. Place paper towels on the bottom and top to cover the bacon. Microwave for 3 minutes or until crispy. Let the bacon cool then crumble to pieces.
  • Add the remaining ingredients - the bacon crumbles, tomatoes and shredded cheeses. Once cheese has melted to your desired consistency, turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
  • Top with fresh green onions. Enjoy and devour!
