Make this browned butter pork chops for dinner. It's simple to make with garlicky butter and seasonings for the rub! Served with veggies on the side for a delicious quick meal.
Season both pork chops generously with the spices. Add more to cover all sides of the pork chops. Let sit until room temperature.
Heat oil, butter, and garlic together and swirl in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the pork chops for 5 minutes or until both sides of the pork chops are browned.
Spoon in the butter mixture on the top of the pork chops by basting them to prevent seasonings from burning.
Serve with side of veggies and rice or quinoa or brown rice.
