Your own personalized vegan pitzza. No sharing allowed. It has soyrizo and vegan cheeze too. Meat eaters wont be able to notice the difference with this Soyrizo Pita Pizza!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Whole Wheat Pita or Plain Pita
  • ½ cup Soyrizo Mixture
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Vegan Cheeze
  • Crumbled Seasoned Tofu
  • Green Onions
  • Nutritional Yeast

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees (oven time will vary) and line your pizza pan or baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Prepare your Soyrizo mixture.
  • Split your pita or you can use a whole pita if you like it thick.
  • Spread the tomato sauce, then add vegan cheeze, tofu, green onions on each pita.
  • Place both pitas on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheeze melts and the pitas are crisped to your liking.
  • Slice each pitzzas into however many slices that you want or fold and eat the whole pitzza
