½tspCracked Black Pepper
1tspGarlic Powder
2tbspOrganic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2-3Organic Garlic Cloves (minced)
1medOrganic Red Onions (chopped)
1inchOrganic Ginger (grated)
2tbspOrange Juice (Low Acid)
1tbspOrganic Coconut Aminos or Low Sodium Soy Sauce
½ cupOrganic Veggie Broth
1tbspCornstarch

Instructions
Mix the flour, garlic powder, and pepper and sprinkle over the chicken breasts. In a large pan or wok, heat the oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until almost cooked. Remove chicken and set aside in a plate.
Add the chopped onions, garlic, and ginger and saute for about 5 minutes or until tender. Add the chicken back into the pan along with the orange juice, pineapples, and coconut aminos. Then mix in the veg broth and cornstarch.
Simmer for 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serve over jasmine rice or cauliflower rice!
