Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag of Chicken Wings (or Drumettes) about 20 pieces
  • ½ bottle (125ml) Banana Ketchup (Jufran)
  • 1 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

BANANA KETCHUP GLAZE

  • 1 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ bottle (125ml) Banana Ketchup (Jufran)
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Aminos
  • 3 tsp Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp water to thin out the sauce
  • A Pinch of #Modesty

Instructions
 

  • Place the marinade and chickens inside a sealed plastic bag and marinate overnight.
  • Remove chicken wings from plastic and discard the bag with the marinade to prevent contamination.
  • Preheat oven to 400℉
  • Place chicken wings on a baking sheet with a rack lined with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the glaze and brush one side of the chicken wings.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Flip chicken wings over and glaze the other side and bake for another 30 minutes. 
  • Serve immediately, enjoy and devour!

Notes

If you have extra glaze and you want to make your chicken wings crispier, broil for about 3-5 minutes keeping an eye on the oven or until your desired crispness.
