1 Bag of Chicken Wings (or Drumettes) about 20 pieces
½bottle(125ml) Banana Ketchup (Jufran)
1tbspOrganic Apple Cider Vinegar
1tbspLiquid Aminos
1tbspOrganic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
BANANA KETCHUP GLAZE
1tbspOrganic Apple Cider Vinegar
½bottle(125ml) Banana Ketchup (Jufran)
1tbspLiquid Aminos
3tspOrganic Coconut Sugar
1tspwater to thin out the sauce

Instructions
Place the marinade and chickens inside a sealed plastic bag and marinate overnight.
Remove chicken wings from plastic and discard the bag with the marinade to prevent contamination.
Preheat oven to 400℉
Place chicken wings on a baking sheet with a rack lined with parchment paper.
Prepare the glaze and brush one side of the chicken wings.
Bake for 30 minutes. Flip chicken wings over and glaze the other side and bake for another 30 minutes.
Serve immediately, enjoy and devour!
Notes
If you have extra glaze and you want to make your chicken wings crispier, broil for about 3-5 minutes keeping an eye on the oven or until your desired crispness.
