Ingredients
  

  • 1/2-1 cup of Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Gouda Cheese slice
  • 1 wedge Laughing Cow Spicy Pepper Jack
  • 1 toasted Everything Bagel
  • 1 cup of #E-Sensual

Instructions
 

  • With a small 8" frying pan add oil over medium high heat, and fry the egg white. Sprinkle the onion and garlic powders. Fry eggwhites until edges are crispy and egg is fully cooked. Turn heat off and add the sliced cheese over the cooked egg. The cheese will melt. Set aside.
  • Grab your toasted bagel, spread the spicy pepper jack cheeses on both the bagels. Stuff it with the egg and cheese. Devour Tootz!

Notes

Please adjust ingredients to your liking.  Salt was not added due to dietary preference.
