Light & Peppery Turkey Deli with Egg Bagel Melt

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Cranks of Black Pepper
  • 1-2 Deli Turkey slices (Pepper Flavor)
  • 1 slice of Swiss Cheese
  • 1 wedge Laughing Cow Spicy Pepper Jack
  • 1 toasted Everything Bagel
  • 1 tsp of #Awesome

Instructions
 

  • With a small 8" frying pan add oil over medium high heat, and fry the egg white. Sprinkle the onion, garlic powders, and black pepper. Fry eggwhites until edges are crispy and egg is fully cooked. Turn heat off and add the sliced swiss cheese over the cooked egg. The cheese will melt. Set aside on a separare plate.
  • In the same pan, heat the pan over medium high heat with no oil. Place the deli turkey in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges turn brown or slightly carmalize.
  • Grab your toasted bagel and spread the spicy pepper jack on both the bagels. Stuff it with the pepper turkey, egg and cheese. Grub On!
