1/2 French Bread Loaf 1 cup cooked Chorizo (Morning Star) 2 slices Vegan American Cheese 1/2 package or 4oz Cream Cheese & Chives 1 1/2 tbsp Vegan Mayo 1 tbsp Chopped White Onions 1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro Vegan Parmesan Cheese (optional) 1 cup of #GRATITUDE
Prepare the French Bread Begin by slicing the French bread loaf in half lengthwise, creating a hollowed-out "boat" shape.
Carefully remove some of the inner bread to create a space for the stuffing. Save the removed bread for other dishes like breadcrumbs or croutons.
Prepare the Creamy Chorizo Filling In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked vegan chorizo with the chopped white onions and chopped cilantro.
Add the vegan mayo and cream cheese & chives to the mixture, blending until you achieve a creamy and well-combined filling.
