A simple recipe that makes your tofu sweet and savory. It is low in sodium, low fat, and uses minimal ingredients. The tofu marinade is also perfect for air frying or baking!
Mix marinade ingredients in a container with a lid. Place the cubed tofus in the container with the marinade. Close container and shake to distribute marinade to the tofu. Marinate up to 30 minutes or overnight for the best flavors.
Preheat the air fryer to 375F for 3 minutes. Spray airfryer with cooking spray. I used coconut oil. Place tofu chunks into the air fryer basket and air fry for 12 minutes. Halfway through the air frying (about 6 minutes) remove the basket and toss the tofu cubes around.
Notes
You can omit the gochujang and sriracha to keep it low in sodium and avoid the spicy flavor.
