In a mixing bowl, add together your salmon chunks, honey, sriracha, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and onion powder. Marinate for 30 minutes.
AIR FRY THE SALMON
Preheat your air fryer at 400F for 2-3 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place the salmon chunks on the air fryer basket. Spray the top of the salmon again.
Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Please note that timing will depend on how thick the salmon chunks are. Just keep an eye on them!
BAKE THE SALMON
Preheat the oven at 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake salmon for 20-25 minutes until you can flake it with a fork.
FOR THE NOODLES
Place a wok or a deep pan on medium high heat. Gently pour the veggie broth in, then coconut aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Next, add the noodles. Simmer the noodles until the liquid dissolves into the noodles. Should be around 10 minutes. (Your noodles should be tender and not hard.)
Turn down the heat to medium. Add your veggies of choice. I added broccoli and broccoli slaw. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until your veggies are tender.
Add fresh chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top with a teaspoon of chili oil. Serve and devour!
