Ingredients
- 1 20 oz Can of Crushed Pineapple – undrained
- 1 cup Low Fat or Non Fat Sour Cream
- 1 3.4 oz box of Sugarfree Vanilla Pudding (or use 2 (1 oz) boxes )
- 1 Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Cool Whip (Thawed)
Instructions
- Place crushed pineapples including the juice in a large bowl. Add the sour cream and pudding. Mix all the ingredients together and transfer them into the pie crust.
- Chill for 2 hours and serve with a dollop of Cool Whip!
