I wanted a quicky desert to make for my guests that used easy ingredients to find at a local grocery store. I found a recipe on Pinterest from MotherThyme. I tweaked mine to make it a tad bit healthier. Of course, feel free to alter the recipe yourself…

No Bake Pineapple Pudding Pie
Ingredients
- 1 20 oz Can of Crushed Pineapple - undrained
- 1 cup Low Fat or Non Fat Sour Cream;
- 1 3.4 oz box of Sugarfree Vanilla Pudding
- 1 Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Cool Whip (Thawed)
Instructions
- Place crushed pineapples including the juice in a large bowl. Add the sour cream and pudding. Mix all the ingredients together and transfer them into the pie crust.
- Chill for 2 hours and serve with a dollop of Cool Whip! Quick and easy right, Toots?!
