In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except rice and veggies. Marinate for atleast 2 hours but preferably overnight.;
Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
In a shallow baking dish or baking pan, place the marinated chickens and bake for 40 mins. After 20 mins flip to the other side. Halfway through, coat the thighs with its juices.
Serve in a bowl with rice and a side of your favorite veggies
