Ingredients

Pasta Sauce

  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ½ small Yellow Onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • Salt+Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place meatless meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes or according to its directions on the package. Set aside when done.
  • Place a large pot of water over a high heat and bring to the boil. Add a generous amount of salt. Cook spaghetti until al dente.
  • While spaghetti is cooking, place a frying pan over medium high heat and add the olive oil. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and all the rest of the seasonings. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the baked meatless balls in the frying pan and saute them in medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Next, add the spaghetti in the same pan and the reserved pasta water little by little if you see that it seems dry. Toss until spaghetti and meatballs are coated evenly.
  • Garnish with dried parsley and red chili flakes and serve immediately after taking a picture!
