GARLIC SHRIMP CHEESY FRIES OVERVIEW
Let’s get your seaFOODie on. You may want to devour these separately than together! That’s the power of these garlicky golden fries.
If you love fries like myself, you’ll want to do these to your frozen fries and pimp up your loaded fries game. Start with your Tootz first. Seduce their taste buds and you’ll get what you want. Then work your way up to the friend game. Then co-workers! (-nah! not in my case lol).
If you could call my Smashed Tater Tots with various names like – potato latkes, potato pancakes, then call this Garlic Shrimp Cheesy Fries what you want – Load Fries, Seafoodie Fries, Something Cool over the Fries…
For now, let take a tour of these Garlic Shrimp Cheesy Fries:
I decided to bake the fries instead of frying. Let me ask yall…. Am I tripping or have you ever notice that the amount of time to cook the frozen fries is the same amount of time you slave skinning and chopping up from the whole russet potatoes?? Hmm, makes you wonder huh? I was playing. Using real potatoes is what I prefer than the chemicals that they put on to the frozen fries. Either way, they are still both contaminated regardless how you serve them. -Just being real-
The only goodies that I fried were the garlic shrimps with the buttery panko crumbs. I used my fancy pan for this instead of my ghetto frying pan! We all have one that we can’t let go of. Actually, I did and got another exact one. So if you keep seeing me on my instastory use the same one over and over you’ll know what I mean.
Naughty Tip!
Save the leftover tidbits from the pan and sprinkle over the baked fries. They will add more to the flavor!
What if you want to use real or organic potatoes?
I second that! raises hands Here’s my oven roasted red potatoes wedges recipe

Question: when you talk about potatoes being contaminated, what do you mean? I’m not sure I understood.
I do like to use regular potatoes myself, because we never have enough freezer space at our house!! haha
Thanks for the yummy-looking recipe!
I tend to be sarcastic on my blog posts but what I meant for “contaminated” was that using potatoes instead of ‘organic’ potatoes have pesticides same with the frozen fries (if you look at the ingredients). I think it’s best to buy organic but I know it can be pricey. Hope I didn’t cause much confusion LOL.
Oh my gosh! I know what you mean about freezer space! I need one big one haha
Oh my soul! This looks absolutely delicious!
LOL thanks tootz! Try these one day 🙂
